What types of events does White Wave Events plan?

White Wave Events will provide full service event planning to all types of weddings (small, large), destination weddings, parties, and corporate events.

What does “full-service planning” mean to you?

Full-service refers to the fact that the team does all the legwork of selecting a venue, vendor management, design concept and decor, logistics and on-site coordination so that you can be a guest at your own party.

Are there other service tiers (not full-service)?

Yes No, White Wave Events has several different levels of service like partial planning (where you handle some of the stuff and they handle the rest) or day-of-coordination (where they do your plan on the day) to accommodate different budgets and requirements.

What will my first consultation include?

The first thing we will discuss is your vision of the event (style, size, budget, location), your schedule, services offered, and the ways White Wave Events can be of assistance. A custom proposal or service agreement will then come out of there.

What kind of budget should I expect for your services?

The budget relies heavily on event size, location, services needed, scale and vendors of decorations. They will have various levels/ packages after your consultation in order to select those which suit you. Provided that you have a target budget, communicate it in good time to ensure that planning is done accordingly.

How far in advance do you need to be booked?

Dates that are popular (particularly weekends, places of destination) get booked quickly. And it is always best to make contact at least 9-12 months prior to big events such as weddings and 3-6 months prior to smaller parties or corporate events.

What happens if something goes wrong on the event day?

They have a team that does day-of coordination and will be present to monitor implementation. They are able to take care of issues (delays with the vendor, logistics glitches, venue problems) so that you do not need to. They are aimed at making your and your guests' experience smooth.

Can you handle multicultural or destination weddings with different ceremonies/customs?

How do I stay updated during planning?

Do you provide contracts and payment schedules?

Yes - after a contract has been negotiated formally, a contract will specify scope, charges, payments schedule, terms of cancellations/postponements and deliverables to safeguard you and the planner.

What is your cancellation or postponement policy?

Timelines are important since most of the factors are vendor-based. Your contract will be given the particular policy: usually it will be possible to have partial refunds, or credit to a new date, depending upon the time of changes made and the obligation of the vendors.

How do you ensure my event is unique and reflects my style?

White Wave Events takes time in knowing your brand/vision (in case of corporate) or personality/relationship (in case of personal events). Then they create unique decor concepts, vendor creative decisions, guest experience aspects, and guest logistics that are not a one-size-fits-all.

Can you handle guest management, invitations and RSVPs?

Yes- they have offered services in the following: guest list management, invitations (digital or print), seating arrangement, RSVP management, transport logistics in case of necessity as well as accommodation arrangements.
