The first thing we will discuss is your vision of the event (style, size, budget, location), your schedule, services offered, and the ways White Wave Events can be of assistance. A custom proposal or service agreement will then come out of there.
The budget relies heavily on event size, location, services needed, scale and vendors of decorations. They will have various levels/ packages after your consultation in order to select those which suit you. Provided that you have a target budget, communicate it in good time to ensure that planning is done accordingly.
Dates that are popular (particularly weekends, places of destination) get booked quickly. And it is always best to make contact at least 9-12 months prior to big events such as weddings and 3-6 months prior to smaller parties or corporate events.
They have a team that does day-of coordination and will be present to monitor implementation. They are able to take care of issues (delays with the vendor, logistics glitches, venue problems) so that you do not need to. They are aimed at making your and your guests’ experience smooth.
